Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours before the service date to cancel or reschedule a service.

All prices are the starting price of a service, based on labor and what has to be done the price can rise.

If the drive to the service is greater than 20 minutes, an extra $15 is charged to the total for the distance.

Acceptable payments - Venmo, Paypal, Zelle Cash, Cash app

CMM is not responsible for previous damage done to the vehicle while servicing the car.

Scheduling is based on CMM availability; appointments are limited due to my schedule

If any part is faulty and does not work properly CMM will come out and replace it for free

All services that include an hourly estimate could take less or more time than estimated based on the circumstances of the service.

Suppose the customer, for whatever reason, wants to refund a service, depending on the service. In that case, CMM will issue a 50% refund to the customer for labor, parts will be refunded fully back to the customer, whether the customer returns them or CMM does.

CMM services will be recorded from start to finish and will be published on social media unless the customer requests otherwise.
